Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order? Placing an order with us is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Browse: Explore our catalog to find your desired sneakers.
  2. Select: Choose your size and click “Add to Cart.”
  3. Checkout: Enter your shipping and contact details.
  4. Payment: Complete your purchase using our secure payment gateway.
  5. Confirmation: Sit back and relax. We will email you an order confirmation immediately, followed by a dispatch notification once your items ship.

How do I pay for my order? We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. To ensure your safety, all payment details are processed separately and securely by major financial institutions. KIC Nith Global LLC does not have access to your full credit card details. Please note: We do not accept orders via phone.

Is Sales Tax included? We apply a fixed 6.5% tax rate to every order. This amount is calculated and added during checkout for all qualifying items in your cart. We use this flat rate to maintain simple, transparent pricing for all customers—ensuring there are no hidden fees or surprises.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. You will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout.

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

  • Handling Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your payment and prepare your order for shipment.
  • Total Delivery Time: You can generally expect your package to arrive at your doorstep within 7–10 business days after placing your order.

Note: Occasionally, tracking information may appear inactive for a short period while the carrier updates their system. This is normal.

Order Management

Can I check the progress of my order? Yes. In addition to the email updates we send you, you can check the status of your order at any time by:

  1. Logging into your account on our website.
  2. Visiting our dedicated Order Tracking Page with your order details.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us at Contact@kicnith.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

  • Within 6 Hours: We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • After 6 Hours: The order will have entered the processing and production phase, and we will be unable to cancel it.
