We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors or inaccuracies;

- Modify availability; and
- Cancel orders
at any time, with or without notice—even after an order has been submitted. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.
4. Payment Terms
When placing an order on Kicnith.com, a standard authorization check is performed on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds are available. Your card is charged once the authorization is approved.

Authorization & Capture: Funds captured during authorization are treated as a deposit until your order is shipped. Once your order is dispatched and you receive a confirmation email, the full amount is applied to the final purchase.

Any comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, reviews, messages, or other materials submitted to KIC Nith Global LLC (collectively, “Comments”) become the exclusive property of KIC Nith Global LLC.

7. Product Availability
Products displayed on the Site are available while supplies last. Due to the limited nature of certain sneaker releases, items may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:
- Ship a similar item with comparable specifications (upon your approval); or
- Cancel your order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

12. Fraud Prevention
KIC Nith Global LLC actively monitors transactions to protect customers and prevent fraud, particularly regarding high-value sneaker transactions. We reserve the right to:
- Hold or delay orders for verification;
- Require additional ID or documentation;
- Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders;
- Ship first-time high-value orders only to the billing address;
- Decline orders using unsupported or international credit cards; and
- Cancel orders shipping to freight-forwarding/drop-ship addresses at our discretion.
Providing accurate billing and contact information helps prevent processing delays.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana.
14. Termination
KIC Nith Global LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. If we terminate your access to the Site, you must immediately destroy any materials obtained from the Site, including any copies.
